ABOUT SAMAN SABA

Saman Saba is the owner and principal real estate attorney of the Saba Law Group, LLC as well as a licensed REALTOR®. Saman decided to merge her two passions in law and real estate after realizing that many real estate lawsuits could have been prevented if only there was a firm that could handle the specific legal issues that arise from the purchase or sale of real estate. For example, each purchase and/or sale of real estate almost always impacts other areas of the law, such as trust and estate, family law, immigration, and bankruptcy.

Seeing this void in the marketplace, Saman decided to transform her firm from a general real estate practice to a transactional real estate centric firm so that she and her team of attorneys could holistically address all the potential legal issues that arise from a purchase or sale of real estate at the onset. As a result, her clients’ interests are protected from every angle of the law, leaving no stone unturned.  With her unique approach, Saman has been able to meet her goal of providing unparalleled advice and transparency to her clients.

Saman also has an intense love for international travel, having now traveled to over 30 countries and counting! As such, she enjoys working with a variety of American and International clients from all walks of life. She also enjoys fitness, women empowerment, and is a lover all of all things peanut butter.

Although Saman graduated from University of Maryland with degrees in Political Science and Women’s Studies and received her J.D. from University of Baltimore School of Law, she also considers herself as a life long learner and is constantly attending seminars to gain new insight to further help her clients. Furthermore, she holds licenses as a title insurance producer, certified mediator, and a notary public.
